These efforts will aid, but far more vigorous physical exercise is necessary for good physical fitness (physical activity guidelines).


For cardiovascular health a routine of physical exercise more than a period a minimum of 20 minutes 3 instances per week is expected. The best and generally most easy cardiovascular exercising is walking. A different good cardiovascular exercise is swimming. Swimming may also assist in building and toning muscles. The other issue in building and maintaining physical fitness is strength physical exercise to build and tone muscle and to burn fat. Strength workout routines are good for weight management simply because they stimulate muscle growth even immediately after the exercise has been completed. This implies that the body continues to burn fat for an extended period of time.


Mental Health 

Mental health, since it applies to health nutrition and fitness, will be the way we believe, how we really feel and how we act as we interact with our surroundings. Our mental health contributes to our relations with other people, how we make decision, make alternatives and how we cope with anxiety. Persons with good mental health are able to control their emotions, feelings and behavior. Maintaining the thoughts active through reading, playing games, and an active social life contributes to good mental health.


Spiritual Health Spirituality may be defined as sensitivity or attachment to religion, or as a state condition of becoming spiritual. A lot of people ignore or overlook the importance of spirituality in relation to health nutrition and fitness, simply because they relate spirituality only to religion. By means of out history man has struggled using the idea of spirituality. Generally spirituality may be the struggle to become essentially the most ideal person or individual. The path to achieve this purpose may be through in search of external support through religion of some type, or internal by way of meditation and study of each present and previous human interactions. The above is based on individual study, experiences and observations through out my life.
